Urban LA Salon CANCELLATION POLICY

We know your time is valuable, and ours is too.

Out of respect for our staff and other clients, we ask that you give us at least 48 hours or 2 business days’ notice if you need to cancel your appointment.

• The first missed or no-showed appointment will be noted in your file.
• The second offense will incur a non-refundable 50% deposit to reserve a future appointment with our salon.

Please keep in mind Sundays and Mondays are not business days for the Salon.

The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our waitlisted guests of any availability and keep our schedules filled, thus better serving everyone
